Deploying rich text report on remote server v10.5.2

I have built a rich text report using InfoMaker v10.5.2 and
compiled it as an executable. If I run the executable from
my local drive, it works OK. Our users do not have
InfoMaker installed on their PCs, so I copied the executable
and runtime files to a folder on a remote server. If I try
to run the executable on the remote server, it hangs. Can
anyone explain what I need to do to solve the problem?

Did you copy the tp11*.* or tp13*.* files, as well as the tp4ole11.ocx and
tp4ole13.ocx files? You'll have to register the ocx as well with the
regsvr32 command.
(tp11 is for IM 10.0/1/2, tp13 for IM 10.5).

I’m using InfoMaker 10.5 but I can’t find tp4ole13.ocx
or the tp13*.* files on my PC – I only have the tp11*.*
files.

I probably have my numbers wrong. The 13 files are for IM 11.x.
Did you deploy the 11 files and register that ocx?

The ocx registered OK, but the exe still hangs. Maybe it's
because I have InfoMaker installed on my PC. Thanks for your
advice, but I think I'll tell the users that they will have
to use fixed-format letters.
