Infomaker 11.5 error

Hi, I have a client that is running WinXP using informaker
11.5 and receiving the following error message "error
loading labrary DLLs unable to connect to server".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume that your client is trying to connect to SQLServer? Which driver
are they using? Have they installed the database client software?
