Text won't wrap

I use Expedition, which uses Infomaker for its forms. When
writing our contracts, the text box will not wrap, so every
line in our four page contract is a separate text box. Very
Difficult to edit. Autosize Height is checked, also Slide Up
is set to Directly Above. How can I write a full page, or at
least a paragraph in one box that wraps and doesn't continue
on the horizontal plane forever? Thank you.

Go to the properties of the column. On the Edit tab, turn off "Auto
Horizontal Scroll" and turn on "Auto Vertical Scroll".

This is a text box; it doesn't have the Edit tab on
properties like a column does, so I don't have that option.

Is there a standard way to enter a text box that will allow
several thousand characters and wrap to fit the page? I need
to write several paragraphs. I feel like I'm missing
something that should be fairly simple to figure out.
Thank you.

OK, I'm confused. You say "difficult to edit", but it's not an edit
control?? Is this an issue at design time, or at runtime?

Does the content of the text box come from a database? If so, why would you
use a text box and not a column?

Or is this hard-coded "boiler-plate" text on every contract? (In which
case, just stretch the dimensions as large as you need them...)

Right, it is "boiler plate" text, and I can make the text
box as large as I need it, but the text won't wrap and it
only allows a couple hundred characters.

Like Paul I'm confused too. The text is coming from a database and being
retrieved into the form?
Can you create a pbl with just the form and post it as an attachment? I
need to see the actual form in order to better understand the problem.

I have had better success and have found more flexibility by using
computed fields for this purpose. Simply enclose your text in quotes
in the expression. Then, you can resize yourself or set the width and
then use autosize height for the height.
