The instruction at "Ox004ae173" reference memory at
"Ox00000000". The memory could not be "read"
Any suggestions as to why this is happening and
how I can fix it. I seems random, so I'm not sure
what might be causing it.
IM 10.5.1 Oracle 10 g
BTW I've tried to install 10.5.2 but keep getting
an error message that I don't have IM 10.5 installed!
Thanks.

If it happens when trying to edit a report, most likely it is a corrupt
registry entry. Delete the DataWindow entry from the registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sybase\InfoMaker\10.5\Layout\Default]

Cryptic error codes unfortunately mean nothing to end users in this forum.
Without knowing when the problem occurs, our crystal ball is as good as
yours. Please provide more background info, or contact Sybase Technical
support.
